RANKit Suite Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform. Access to RANKit Suite is currently restricted to authorized Polymath Partners team members and designated testers. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

2. Description of the Platform

2.1 Overview

RANKit Suite is an integrated internal platform consisting of two modules: Content Optimizer (CO): A content analysis and planning tool that analyzes web pages, generates social media content, produces content briefs, and provides optimization recommendations powered by Google Gemini AI. Data Analyzer (DA): An analytics platform that connects to client Google Analytics, Search Console, and YouTube accounts to pull performance data, generate AI-powered insight cards, and produce client reports.

2.2 AI-Powered Features

The Platform uses AI language models including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude to generate analysis, recommendations, and insights. All AI-generated output is for informational and planning purposes only and requires human review before use in client-facing materials.

2.3 Connected Services

The Platform connects to third-party services including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Drive, and YouTube Analytics through OAuth authorization. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to connect any client accounts to the Platform.

3. Authorized Use

Access to the Platform is limited to individuals explicitly authorized by Polymath Partners. You may not share your access credentials or grant access to unauthorized persons. You may not use the Platform for any purpose other than Polymath Partners' internal business operations.

4. Client Data

4.1 Your Responsibility

When you register a client and connect their analytics accounts, you represent and warrant that you have appropriate authorization from that client to access their data through the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring all client data entered into the Platform is accurate and that your use of that data complies with your agreements with the client.

4.2 Data Handling

Client analytics data pulled through connected Google services is cached temporarily as described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated insights and reports are stored to support ongoing client work. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any client-facing materials generated using the Platform.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

All content, analysis, insights, recommendations, and reports generated by the Platform's AI features are provided for informational and planning purposes only. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You must review all AI-generated content before sharing it with clients or using it in client-facing materials. Polymath Partners makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated output.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Share your access credentials with any unauthorized person
• Connect client accounts to the Platform without appropriate client authorization
• Attempt to circumvent any access control or security measure
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all associated software, design, and content are owned by Polymath Partners LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client data and client-facing reports generated through the Platform remain the property of Polymath Partners and the respective clients as applicable.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party providers including Google (OAuth and APIs), Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (database), and Cloudflare (hosting and authentication). Your use of features powered by these providers may be subject to their terms and privacy practices. Polymath Partners is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of third-party providers.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Polymath Partners does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any AI-generated analysis, insight, or recommendation will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polymath Partners and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including reliance on AI-generated content or analytics data. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Platform and revise the Last Updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
